Where do I start Mark and his crew did a complete kitchen renovation , built me a down stair bathroom and more than doubled my deck size all in less than 3 weeks. After starting the kitchen found a issue with the floor and replaced and added support to a large section of the floor at no additional charges. Mark communicated with me everyday and asked for input on paint color ,tile, cabinetry and marble color scheme. the workers were courteous and always cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Mark and his crew and he will be the first I call for any other work I need. We are so satisfied with our completed project thanks M2K till next time Peace.
Last week I was looking for someone to make home repairs on my sister’s home, and my cousin referred me to M2K. I contacted Mark Payne , and he responded immediately by checking out the job site, providing me with quotes, samples of materials , and giving me a time frame for the work to begin and be completed. M2K is the only professional company that has one stop shopping for all your contractual needs I have ever met in Richmond Virginia. The owner Mark visits site daily and his workers are courteous clean up after themselves and very professional. I am 100% satisfied with the work they have done for me and creating a walk-in shower. They also found rigged up plumbing jobs and electrical that the developer did immediately call me upstairs to see them and photograph them. Although they could have just kept working around the flaws, Mark refused to do so without first making the corrections, even if he had to call plumbing and electrical experts from his team that were on other jobs. I was 100% satisfied and when he says he's coming...believe him! He didn't rush out to see job and promise to get back to me. He stayed awhile, explained options and gave me a quote in two days. I highly recommend M2K,LLC if you want your home project done correctly and drama free.

I am incredibly pleased with the work Mark and his crew completed for me. My home is older; the basement was dated, the walls and ceilings needed repair, and my exterior doors needed replacing. I am very happy with the work completed my Mark Payne and his crew. I had my porch rebuilt and shutters replaced at a very fair and affordable price. The work was exceptional and my house looks like it received a much needed facelift. Hello, I am back again. My second project has been completed by M2K and I must say I am very pleased with the work. Everyone is very professional. My mom's roof had major leaks which caused interior damage to 3 rooms in her house. Mr. Payne was referred to me and once contacted he immediately came out to assess the damage and make recommendations. I went from a 10 X 12 deck to a 16 X 16 with a beautifully designed and constructed stair case down to the yard. Mark was patient, cost conscience, thorough and very considerate of my ideas, time constraints and my pickiness. They turned the job around timely, to my specifications and on budget. They did such a great job with my roof last year, I had to call them again. I get alot of compliments on my 3 dimensional roof. Today my deck and front porch were stained, washed, and painted. I have a gigantic deck and they replaced several boards. The red brick stain with white rails is amazing

I will start first thanking God for my Blessing. Second I would like to thank M2KLLC for the fantastic work that was done on my house . It's a working progress. Mr Payne contacted me while I was away on vacation out of town to start a project. A little unsure, I went with it.
When I got home 3 days later my roof was replace with 2 ceiling fans installed under porch roof. Also a complete deck on the back of the house. There were no signs that anyone had been there his crew cleaned up and put everything back in place.

I recently had an addition to my home. After a failed inspection, I learned the contractor left me w/o a crawl space. I called Mark the day after my roof started leaking. When I called, I thought I would leave a voicemail and it would be this lengthy process before a consultation was scheduled. I was so wrong. Mark came to my house the same day. Within 20 minutes, he was assessing the damage from wind and rain. His team came over and fixed my roof in two days. The guys also painted my porch, which was chipped and scratched up from years of weather damage. My house looks great and every time I pull up in front of my home, I get so excited to see how nice it looks now! Would highly recommend.

This team at M2k is so professional, I had several issues with my house both on the inside and out side at the time. The inside repairs consisted of repairs to walls and ceilings, all of my furnishings were protected with coverings. When completed after sparkling and painting it was like nothing had taken place at my home that day, they even re-hung my pictures. I was so amazed they had left it so clean and matched the special paint color exactly. I would recommend m2k for any job you might need.

I contacted M2K, LLC originally because I was having roofing issues at a rental property. I met with them and they were very professional and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. I was very pleased with the quality of service and the replacement of a new roof. I have continued to use M2K, LLC for all of my repair needs. So far , M2K, LLC has replaced another roof for me at a second rental property, provided HVAC service, electrical service, plumbing, installation of exterior doors, repairing windows, replacing laminate floors, installing gutters.
